During the Official Visit, there will be assigned seating, at the amphitheater. While facing the stage, the Grand Officers will be on the left. Our adult leaders of Rainbow, leaders of Grand Lodge, OES, Amaranth, Job’s Daughters, and DeMolay will be seated on the right. In front of the stage the seating is as follows: First row – Representatives, in alphabetical order, WA’s, and finish off with Pledges. Next 4 or so rows – GIRLS ONLY – NO ADULTS! The adults can fill in behind the girls in the remaining rows, to the sides on folding chairs, or up above. Bring your own folding chairs.
Just a reminder – this weekend is about the girls! Please come through the gate with a smile, an open mind, a cool temper, and the makings for s’mores!
