Empowering girls to achieve their goals, become confident leaders, and build each other up, all while creating lasting friendships.
Our goal is to help girls, between the ages of 11-20, manage through the challenging and sometimes awkward adolescent and teen years by giving them a safe and supportive environment where they can talk about what’s on their mind, be themselves, make new friends and love the person they are becoming.

Our Community Partners
Washington/Idaho Rainbow is deeply committed to improving our communities. Every year, girls and adults in the organization come together through a variety of events to raise money and awareness for local needs.
In addition to fundraisers, our members also plan hands-on volunteering events including food sorting at local food banks, assisting at special needs day camps, putting together care-kits for pediatric hospitals, animal shelters and homeless centers, and girls are encouraged to find individual opportunities where they can make an impact in their communities.
During the 2023-2024 year, we encouraged members to find ways to support Family Promise. They held clothing and toiletry drives throughout the year!
