SUPREME ASSEMBLY - August, 2010 - Omaha, Nebraska (Trip will include air and ground transportation, registration, mystery trips, seven nights lodging, mystery trips, and possible extras depending on final budget. Plan to attend and participate in the Ritual Competitions. (Trip is in planning stage but you can make payments.)
Rainbow Girls must travel with the delegation if a GROUP trip is planned. Individual last minute travel arrangements will not be allowed, unless there is a cancellation with NO REFUNDS! RESERVATIONS for AIR and/or GROUND transportation, mystery trips, registration, and special meals must be PAID IN FULL at least sixty days in advance of all trips. ALL CHECKS are DEPOSITED ON RECEIPT! There will be NO exceptions due to past experiences.
WE NEED AND WELCOME ADULTS on our out-of-state TRIPS! You will act as chaperones, drivers, mentors, and friends AND your trip can be taken as a TAX DEDUCTION. Please consider signing up for a trip this year. You will have a great time, have fun, make new friends, and experiences to last a lifetime, or at least until the next trip!
The budget has been set for California Grand Assembly. A rough estimate of cost is $968.The trip will be for only California Grand and a side-trip to San Diego. The deadline for a deposit was November 15th to book airfare. The entire trip must be paid in full by March 1.
The rough estimate for the Nevada Trip is $650. Deposit was needed by December 15 of $250 in order to purchase airline tickets. All money must be in by April 30.
