Submittals for Jurisdiction Website

1. Basic assembly information may be submitted to the webmaster for posting on the jurisdiction website. 
   1. The submittals must follow the Template provided. 
   2. The alternative is to send the webmaster the URL for your assembly website.
   3. Upon approval by the webmaster, the URL for your assembly website will be linked on the Jurisdiction website.
   4. For pictures to be included, the assembly must provide the webmaster with a signed copy of the NW Rainbow Website Listing – Authority Form (WSL).

2. All submittals for inclusion on the jurisdiction website must be in MS word format.
   1. These files will be converted to PDF format by the webmaster before being loaded to the jurisdiction website.

                                                             i.      This allows the webmaster to edit any information that is not in compliance with website guidelines and to maintain consistency.  If the information must be edited, the submitter will be notified before the changed information is loaded to the website.

3. In no case, for their protection, should a girl’s personal information ever be included on the jurisdiction or assembly website.  This includes their last name, phone, e-mail, address, etc.

4. All pictures must be submitted in .JPG format.
