Dear Mother Advisors and Grand Deputies,
The Rainbow Foundation of Washington Idaho is pleased to send you the attached application for use by the girls of our jurisdiction to apply for financial assistance to attend our Grand Assembly convention in July, 2008. If you are not continuing as the Mother Advisor of your Assembly, will you please pass this important information on to the new Mother Advisor immediately?
Please make copies for all girls in your assemblies who are interested in applying for financial assistance this year. Each girl should receive the four (4)-page application, and read and follow the directions carefully. Please note that the application and references should be mailed separately, and be postmarked no later than March 15, 2008. Priority consideration will be given to complete and on time applications.
The girls whose applications are approved for financial assistance will receive a certificate by mid April to include with your registration for Grand Assembly.
